Shots from her weapon, The Viper, on these targets also have improved efficiency by cutting the cooldown of Coach Gun and Dynamite by 7%, increased from 5%.

Winston sees a significant boost with his Barrier Projector, doubling its shield health from 300 to 600. D.Va underwent a fix for issues with her Booster impact dealing unintended extra damage along with its anti-healing effect. The weapon damage has been scaled down, with an increase now set at 75% instead of 100%.

Genji benefits from adjustments enhancing his shuriken critical hits, which boost attack speed by 3% with a potential stack of 10, up from the previous 2% over 15 stacks. His Deflect ability heals him at a rate of 15% of max health, increased from 10%. Further, his Swift Strike receives a significant boost in potential damage following Deflect, climbing to 75%, an increase from the earlier 50%. Blade Dance now sees a cooldown hike by just 3 seconds instead of 5.

Kiriko receives increased benefits from her abilities. The Clutch Save now offers 30% extra healing for allies under 50% health, a rise from 25%. Following teleportation, her nearest ally gains 75 Overhealth for 5 seconds, up from 50. Also, her Suzu attack sees an increase in attack speed for 10 seconds by 20%, compared to the prior 5%. Her Personal Revitalization through Protection Suzu now heals an additional 100 health and enhances movement speed by 25% for 5 seconds, an improvement from the prior 80 health for only 3 seconds.

Mercy exhibits strengths with her Battle Angel form, healing surrounding allies within a 20-meter range for 150% of the damage she inflicts when not using Valkyrie, increased from 100%. The healing rate remains at 200% while her ultimate is active. Changes to her Caduceus Staff facilitate healing that reflects 10% of the damage dealt through her damage boost, previously only 7.5%. Additionally, her Emergency Boost cooldown has been reduced to 7 seconds, offering more frequent utilization.

Moira receives a refined aim with her Secondary Fire, which now maintains target locks at a 40% narrow angle, a decrease from 50%. Melee improvements manifest in the Siphon Strike, restoring 15% maximum Biotic energy, up from 10%. Biotic Fusion sees a reduced movement speed impact of 20%, lessened from 30%.

Orisa can engage in aerial maneuvers during Javelin Spin, granting temporary flight and a 15% speed increase. Her survivability increases with a 200% Overhealth boost while suffering only a 20% slowdown, previously 35%. Efficiency in managing her Augmented Fusion Driver's Overheat meter and Energy Javelin cooldowns supports swifter, more strategic gameplay.

Pharah experiences a boost in firepower following mobility actions like Jump Jets and Jet Dash, increasing her damage output by 20% for a short duration of 3 seconds, raised from 5%. Reaper benefits from a more agile Shadow Step cast, reduced by 30%.
