New Hearthstone Expansion Revealed

Hearthstone's latest expansion, Perils in Paradise, is set to make waves this summer. This tropical-themed update brings a variety of new features and cards, enhancing the game's richness and depth.

Among the exciting additions is the Tourist keyword and the free legendary minion, Marin the Manager. Slated for release on July 23, this expansion promises a refreshing twist on the beloved card game.

The New Hearthstone Expansion is Perils in Paradise

The Perils in Paradise expansion for Hearthstone introduces 145 new cards and a Tourist keyword. The new mechanic allows players to use cards from different classes in their decks. Additionally, Marin the Manager is available as a free legendary minion. Card reveals will take place before the July 23 release date.

Hearthstone Tourist keyword explained

In the latest Hearthstone expansion, each class receives a unique legendary Tourist card. These special cards allow players to integrate cards from a secondary class during deckbuilding. Tourist cards enable players to temporarily add cards from another class’s Perils in Paradise collection to their decks, enhancing strategic options. The interface accommodates these additional cards seamlessly, making them selectable just like the primary class cards. However, only one Tourist card can be used at a time, preventing multiple class integrations in a single deck.

Hearthstone Tourist Classes

Different classes in Hearthstone, known as „Tourists,“ can now blend cards from another class when building their decks. For example, a Paladin can use Rogue cards, and a Rogue can integrate Warlock abilities. This new mechanic, called the „Tourist Keyword,“ introduces unique strategies and powerful combinations by mixing class-specific cards.
