Overwatch 2 Patch Insights: March 25
Adjustments for Tank Heroes
On March 25, several tank heroes received updates. Mauga's abilities saw reductions; his Cardiac Overdrive no longer offers team damage reduction, the cost and barrier health of his Cage Fight ultimate have gone up, and the overhealth conversion from his Berserker passive decreased to 40%. In contrast, Roadhog received improvements, while changes to Winston and Zarya were less favorable.
Changes to Damage Hero Abilities
Damage heroes experienced adjustments in their abilities. Cassidy's main and alternate fire modes gained slight enhancements. Echo saw changes in base and shield health. Sojourn's Power Slide was reduced in effectiveness, and Soldier: 76 now has a larger projectile on his primary fire. Widowmaker benefits from increased base health.
Revisions for Support Characters: Ana and Juno
Only Ana and Juno were impacted among support heroes. Ana's Biotic Grenade now takes longer to recharge across various game modes, and the time for her self-Nano Boost ability has been cut down. Juno's ultimate ability also now requires more resources.
