Acquiring the Prestigious Fractured Jinx skin in League of Legends involves navigating the new Sanctum system within the game. This exclusive skin cannot be directly purchased but requires players to engage with mechanics reminiscent of those found in popular gacha games like Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail. This system, referred to as „sparking,“ involves a limited-time „banner“ for the Prestigious Fractured Jinx.
Players need to use 400 RP per spark with a guaranteed acquisition of this rare skin within 80 attempts. This potentially amounts to a maximum cost of 32,000 RP, equating to around $250 in real-world currency. Each spark gives a minimal 0.5% chance of obtaining top-tier rewards, while guaranteeing one such reward after 80 attempts.
Included among the S-tier rewards is the Fractured Jinx bundle, which comprises the unique skin and an accompanying icon. If players have already obtained this bundle, they are compensated with 270 Mythic Essence instead.
For rewards, there is also a 10% probability assigned to the A-tier category. Rewards from this tier are guaranteed within every 10 sparks and include Arcane-themed skins for various champions such as Arcane Professor Heimerdinger, Arcane Vander Warwick, and Arcane Last Stand Ekko. Additional rewards may include unique chromas and mythic essence, with 35 Mythic Essence awarded if all rewards from this tier are previously claimed.
The remaining 89.5% chance is allotted to B-tier rewards, primarily consisting of various icons and emotes. It is worth noting that previously owned icons and emotes will not be awarded again.
