League of Legends on Steam Deck

Can you play League of Legends on Steam Deck?
Although League of Legends isn't Steam Deck verified and lacks native support, it is playable on the device. We can utilize different methods to play, with the simplest being the use of Heroic Game Launcher.
How to install and play League of Legends on Steam Deck
First, switch your Steam Deck to Desktop mode and head to the Discover section. In Discover, look for the Heroic Game Launcher. Once found, download and install it. After installing, follow these steps:
- Open Heroic Game Launcher (Make sure to add it to your Steam Library).
- Sign in to your Epic Games Account.
- Navigate to the Epic Store section under the Stores menu and search for League of Legends.
- Add League of Legends to your Library.
- Switch back to Game Mode on your Steam Deck.
- Go to Library > Non-Steam section and open Heroic Game Launcher.
- In Heroic Game Launcher, click on the Wine Manager option and select the WINE-GE-LOL tab.
- Download the latest Proton version and return to the Library tab.
- Search for League of Legends and install it using the WINE GE Proton you downloaded earlier.
- Once the download is complete, click the Play Now button.
- Allow the additional download and install processes to complete.
- When the Riot Games Sign In page appears, close the app entirely and reopen it.
- Sign in to your Riot Games account and complete the verification process.
- Start playing the game.
