Jinhsi, the Magistrate of Jinzhou, is set to make her debut in Wuthering Waves on June 27, 2024, as part of the 1.1 update titled Thaw of Eons. Her appearance has been eagerly anticipated, and she is expected to be a formidable Specto character, judging by her visuals and early story cutscenes.
