League of Legends fans eagerly anticipating the next major update can mark their calendars for the release of patch 14.13. This update, part of Season 14, promises to bring significant changes.

The 13th patch of the season primarily targets champion balance but is set to introduce exciting new content, including the much-talked-about Rain Shepherd skins.

Patch 14.13 introduces notable updates for players who enjoy champions that inflict physical damage through their abilities. Specifically, buffs will be applied to eight AD caster champions, enhancing their performance and effectiveness.

In addition to these buffs, the patch aims at balancing the champions more efficiently. While Fated Ashes items are generally in a good state, some champions such as Brand and Karthus have been utilizing these items too effectively, resulting in minor nerfs to ensure fair gameplay.

Two significant runes are also undergoing changes. Electrocute will be revamped to serve as the preferred option for champions aiming to quickly burst down enemies and gain an early advantage. Changes to Dark Harvest may include a cooldown reduction, making it a more attractive choice for certain playstyles.
